Soft Idly 

Most of the south indians love idly sambar.. People who are in foreign countries will miss the traditional idlies. Hmm.. But a small tip to make a soft idly is Soak the Urad dhal, little methi seeds and keep it in fridge for more than 4 hours. This will make tha urad dhal to rise more which results in soft idlies.
