Ragi Pakoda
Ragi Pakoda is the yummy dish. I used to have it when i was studying in college days. Ragi is very healthy grain. But so many people didn't like that because of its color. ha ha. Ok my dear friends looks doesn't matters, Taste really matters right :P.. So quickly we will see the ingredients and செய்முறை :)Ingredients
Ragi flour - 1 CupOnion - 1 (finely Chopped)
Green Chilly - 3 to 4
Coriander Leaves - 1/2 cup
Dill leaves - 1/4 cup
Peanuts - Optional
Salt - to taste
Oil - to fry
Water- to mix
Method
1. Take a cup of ragi flour in a bowl.2. Add Chopped Onion,finely chopped green chillies,coriander leaves,dill leaves,peanuts and salt to the ragi flour
3.Mix all the ingredients with little water and make it a strong dough
4. Heat the oil in the kadai and place the handful of dough into it
5. Fry till it gets cooked
Ragi pakoda is ready to serve. It goes well with Tea/ Masala Tea...
